Thanksgiving at the Elliotts’

Ed and Maggie have invited us to Thanksgiving at their place I think every year that we’ve been in Eugene.  We’ve had to turn them down every year because of prior commitments, but we made a point to take them up on their offer this year.CIMG1830

This one was fantastic – the Elliotts served it at their wedding!


And then there was the debate over whether the bottle on the left was vinegary or not.  I’m still not sure what the answer was.


Oh, and we ate too.

Okay, so I did a bad job taking pictures of most of the food.  I just couldn’t wait to try everything!  Needless to say, it was all incredible.  Thank you so much for inviting us!
