Baby lasagna

Bev makes a delicious lasagna using her mother’s recipe.  Scratch that.  The recipe makes two giant lasagnas.  The first time Sarah and I made it, we didn’t realize this and ended up going into lasagna-overload after eating all of it.

Since then, we’ve either halved the recipe, or we make it at a time when we can give one away to someone else.  It’s a great meal to give a family with a new baby since it reheats well and can be frozen.  We made one recently for the Glovzbys.

We were skeptical about the “sockarooni” sauce, but it was delicious!CIMG1665
