Pizza pizza!

Ever since the wet-dough method changed my bread-making life last year, homemade pizza has also drastically improved.  The dough itself is easier to work with, but the key is really the pizza stone.  However, I’ve always had difficulty getting the pizza into and out of the oven and had been substituting a wooden cutting board for a pizza peel.

And then Sarah changed my life again for my birthday.CIMG0759

Her friend MADE THIS out of recycled metal.  How cool is that?

We had a celebratory pizza night(s).  This dough is sourdough-started and half whole wheat.CIMG0761

The metal-working dude also made a pizza cutter, which Sarah acquired at a yankee swap at Christmas.
