Chicken pot pie

I’ve hybridized my dad’s and my grandmother’s pie crust recipes:  I use my dad’s quantities, which makes enough for one big crust, and my grandmother’s method (stirring in a bowl), since that’s easier than making a well and getting the counter (and my hands!) all messy.

All rolled out, with La Vieille Ferme, probably my favorite “everyday” wine.

The filling is really easy – boil chicken and veggies and make a white sauce (secret ingredient = tarragon!).
